Saw Wah Ler Say served as the Chairperson of the Youth Fellowship from 2010 to 2011. He was a good and dedicated leader who gave himself wholeheartedly for the youth. He had many good ideas and clear goals, and he consistently worked hard until those plans were successfully accomplished. He was also known for speaking honestly and straightforwardly, yet when it came to church ministry, he served with all his heart. Because of this, he was deeply loved and respected by many.

He was a joyful and caring person who was always willing to help others and build strong relationships. During times of natural disaster in Myanmar, he returned to help those in need. He also supported and cared for members of the community in Singapore. One of his key contributions was initiating and leading the formation of a youth group known as KFORCE, which actively serves the church in various ways—assisting in events, maintaining cleanliness, and helping wherever there is a need. His close relationship with God became a strong testimony to those around him.
